１２月１４日、江戸川放水路に釣りに行きました。今回は、いつも食べてる「ハゼがき」を紹介します。そばがきに食感が似てるので、勝手にハゼがきと呼んでいます。天ぷらの残りの衣で作る、熱燗にピッタリの肴です。
